Free tracked delivery on every order. We dispatch in 3 to 4 business days, and delivery usually takes a further 3 to 8 days. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating after dispatch. We cannot guarantee arrival on a specific date.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery. Email support@oliverandblake.com with your order number and we will send you the return address. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we pay the return postage. For a change of mind it is yours, and we would suggest a tracked service.
Changing an order
Email us as soon as you can. Once it has been dispatched we cannot stop it, but you can return it when it arrives.

Bought a shirt as a birthday gift for my husband and he loved it, said the fit was spot on. Only reason for 4 stars is delivery took a bit longer than the estimate said, about ten days total. Quality is there though, would order again with more time to spare.
Got two pairs of men's pants and an oversized hoodie and I can already tell I'm gonna wear them nonstop. The pants fit relaxed without looking sloppy and the hoodie is thick enough for colder weather here. Was honestly surprised by the quality.
Dude the buckhorn leather satchel looks sooo good in person..leather smells amazing too not that fake plastic smell lol. Packaging felt premium and secure. Got multiple email confirmations after checkout so the process felt trustworthy honestly.

I ordered a couple of cotton overshirts from Oliver & Blake and had a really positive experience. The website was easy to use, the prices were very good, and the products themselves were great quality. Both overshirts fit me perfectly and felt well made, especially for the price. Would definitely order from them again.
The quarter zip sweater exceeded expectations. I mainly wanted something simple for evenings out but it ended up becoming one of my most worn pieces. It keeps its shape well after washing and doesn't get that stretched out look around the collar.

Email support@oliverandblake.com with your order number and the item or items you would like to return. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, include a photograph of the issue. We will reply with the return address and what to do next.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day begin processing the same day. Processing takes 3 to 4 business days before dispatch, then transit is typically 3 to 6 business days, so most orders arrive around 6 to 10 business days after you order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates rather than guarantees and can vary with carrier conditions or severe weather.
Yes. Email support@oliverandblake.com with your order number and the size you would like instead, and we will talk it through with you before you send anything back, so you end up with the right size rather than guessing twice. Send the original item back to us, and once it reaches us we send the new size out to you. Return postage on the original item works the same way as any change of mind return, so that part is covered below.
Our size guide carries the key measurements for every category: men's tops, bottoms and footwear, women's tops, bottoms and footwear, and ring sizes. You can switch every table between inches and centimetres. Women's tops and bottoms list UK and US sizes alongside the measurements, and footwear lists UK, US and EU alongside foot length, where the conversions are approximate so we recommend going by foot length. Men's tops and bottoms are lettered XS to XXXL with the measurements beside them. If you are between sizes, size up.
For change of mind returns, you arrange and pay for the return yourself. We do not provide a prepaid return label, so you are free to use whichever service suits you. We recommend a tracked one, because the item stays your responsibility until it reaches us and we cannot process a return for something that does not arrive. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, that is different: we cover the cost of getting it back to us so you are not left out of pocket, so email us before you send it and we will sort that out with you. Because standard shipping is free on every order, there are no outbound shipping charges taken off your refund.
