Welcome to Oliver & Blake. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using our website and for buying from us. Please read them carefully. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
These terms should be read alongside our Returns and Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Privacy Policy, which together govern your use of the site and your purchases.

2. Using Our Site
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. If you are under 18, you may only place an order with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the site to browse and buy our products for your own use or as gifts. You agree not to:

We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Even so, we cannot guarantee that every description, image, colour, or price on the site is completely free of error, and slight variations can occur.

4. Prices and Tax
Prices are shown on the product pages and at checkout. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless your location is shown a different currency at checkout.
The price you see is the price you pay. All prices are shown inclusive of tax, so any applicable tax is already included in the price displayed and nothing is added on top at checkout. Shipping is free, so there is no separate delivery charge either. For duties and import taxes on international orders, all of which we cover, please see our Shipping Policy.
We try to ensure all prices are accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover that a product has been listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is only accepted when we dispatch the item to you, not when you place the order or when payment is taken. A confirmation email at the point of order is an acknowledgement that we have received it, not an acceptance.
This means that if a product is unexpectedly out of stock, incorrectly priced, or cannot be fulfilled for any other reason, we may decline or cancel the order before dispatch and give you a full refund. We will contact you if this happens.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We may cancel or refuse an order where payment cannot be authorised or verified.
This section is about when our agreement to sell is formed. It is separate from your right to cancel or return an order after it has been accepted, which is set out in our Returns and Refund Policy and, for UK and EU customers, is protected by law.
6. Your Account
You can check out as a guest or create an optional account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Please contact us straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you place an order or contact us.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Shipping
Your rights to return items and receive refunds or replacements are set out in full in our Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before ordering.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you also have a legal right to cancel most orders within a set period and receive a refund, regardless of whether the item is faulty. This right, the time limits, how to use it, and the limited items it does not apply to are explained in full in our Returns and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms reduces that right.
Delivery times, costs, and the handling of delayed, lost, or returned parcels are set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, although we will always help where we can.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including our brand name, logo, product photography, text, graphics, and design, belongs to Oliver & Blake or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or otherwise use any of it without our written permission. Nothing in your use of the site transfers any of these rights to you.
9. Our Right to Refuse or Cancel
We may refuse or cancel an order in limited circumstances, including suspected fraud, payment that cannot be verified, abusive or threatening behaviour towards our staff, a breach of these terms, or stock and pricing issues covered in Section 5. Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund of that order.
10. Limitation of Liability
We provide the site and our products with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the products you buy from us.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited or excluded. This includes your statutory rights as a consumer. Depending on where you live, those rights may include guarantees that products are of satisfactory quality, match their description, and are fit for purpose, and they apply regardless of anything else in these terms. Nothing here affects them.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, for example, to reflect changes in the law or in how we operate. The current version is always the one posted on the site, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Where a change is significant, we will flag it to customers where it is reasonable to do so. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
If you live in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you locally. Those local rights continue to apply alongside these terms.
If a dispute does arise, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. We will always try to sort things out by email in the first instance. If we cannot resolve it that way, we can look at mediation or another form of alternative dispute resolution before anyone goes to court. Court is a last resort.
13. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a particular right straight away, that is not a waiver of that right. These terms, together with the policies they refer to, set out the agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site and your purchases. This does not exclude any liability we may have for statements we have made to you that you have relied on.
