Return And Refund Policy

At Oliver & Blake, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a clear and straightforward return and refund process outlined below.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • New, unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items returned outside this window or not meeting these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Hygiene-sensitive items (such as underwear)


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@oliverandblake.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos, if the item is damaged or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns (e.g., change of mind). However, if your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the shipping costs.

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item by contacting support@oliverandblake.com

  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item

This process allows us to ensure faster processing and accurate inventory management.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@oliverandblake.com and include clear photos of the issue.

We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit. In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days

Please note:

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds

  • If you do not see your refund after 10 business days from approval, please contact us
