Shipping Policy

At Oliver & Blake, every order is prepared with care and shipped promptly so you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible. Below you’ll find full details about our shipping process.


Shipping Times – United States, Canada, Australia and Select European Countries

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)

  • Delivery Time: 3–6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after dispatch

  • Total Estimated Time from Order to Delivery: 4–8 business days


Order Cutoff Time

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday) will begin processing the same business day.

  • Orders placed at or after 4:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Tracked Shipping on all orders

  • No minimum purchase required

Every order includes tracking so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.

We currently ship to the following countries:

United States, Australia, Canada, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.


Carriers We Use

We ship with reliable partners, including:

  • USPS (Priority Mail)

  • UPS (Ground)

  • FedEx (Ground / Home Delivery)

The carrier is selected based on destination and service availability.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.


Delays & Service Disruptions

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier service issues

  • Severe weather

  • High seasonal order volumes

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

If we are aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your order as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office.

  2. Contact the carrier directly to open an inquiry.

  3. Notify us at support@oliverandblake.com, and we will assist where possible.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange an appropriate resolution.
