Standard transit is 8 to 18 business days from dispatch; most orders arrive within 10 to 14 business days. All duties and taxes are included, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
You have 14 days from delivery to request a change-of-mind return, then a further 14 days to send it back: store credit for the US, Canada and Australia, or a full refund to the original payment method for UK and EU statutory cancellations. Sale or clearance items are final sale. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: report within 30 days for a replacement or full refund, with return shipping covered.
